Welcome to Prime Logistics Solutions and thanks for visiting. By having our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

 

Using our Services

You may use our services only as permitted by the FMCSA.

We may discontinue our services if you don’t comply with the law or if we are investigating alleged misconduct. 
Carrier authorizes Prime Logistics Solutions to act as their dispatcher to book loads, process all relevant paperwork, and rate confirmations. 

The carrier will hold Prime Logistics Solutions LLC  harmless for any incident, consequential, indirect damages, or for any road-side losses.

 

Communications

We may send you announcements and other important information through SMS and phone calls for dispatch and use of our services.

 

Privacy Protection

Your Carrier profile and documents would never be shared by any other individual or entity without your approval.

Documentation
You must send us the following updated document(s) after selecting our service plan:
- Updated Certificate of Insurance

- Motor Carrier authority letter provided by DOT.

- Signed W9 Form.

- Notice of Assignment (NOA from factoring if available).
-Voided Check (If you use Direct Deposit)

- Three previous Rate Confirmations or Three Company names with brokers' names, email addresses, and numbers for Reference.

 

Billing

Invoices are generated and sent every week on Monday, Carriers must Pay the outstanding amount by Tuesday(inclusive) to avoid any Hold on Services. 

Charges will be paid to Prime Logistics Solutions LLC conveniently using any debit or credit card through Paypal, Stripe Merchant Link, Zelle, Cash-App, or ACH transfer.
